Exam Seminar Features:
Organic Chemistry Review Seminar: Your meager tuition
fee gives you access to a one-day 4- or 8-hour review seminar with a PhD organic
chemist. Stay for as much or as little of it as you want.
Easy Web Access to Seminar: Using the provided user
ID and password, you attend the seminar over the web (sometimes called a "webinar"),
with no extra software downloads.
Live Video and Audio: You see and hear your instructor
as if he/she were in the room with you.
PowerPoint Presentations: Colorful, instructive PowerPoint
presentations help you to learn the material quickly.
Come and go as you please: If you need to leave,
the seminar allows you to return at any time.
Ask questions during the seminar
: If you have
a question, others might have the same question. The question window allows you
to ask the instructor question DURING the seminar.
Feedback given to instructors/staff: At the end of
each module and at the end of the seminar, you are given the opportunity to tell
us how it went. We care about what you have to say.
Review sheets provided: At the end of each review
session, the students are emailed (in pdf form) a review package summarizing the
important points of each module.
Private Tutuoring Features:
Everything above, but you are One-On-One
with your tutor.
Students provide the tutor with the topics that they are having the most trouble
with ahead of time. The tutor then prepares a lesson based solely on those
topics.
